Amanda Werger
Producer
Amanda Werger (she/her) is a film producer born and raised in Toronto. She is the co-founder of Jane of All Trades Productions Inc., a female-led Canadian production company whose goal is to tell diverse and inclusive narratives through film, focusing on womxn stories. Her film producing debut, “First Rites,” premiered at the 2025 Fantasia Film Festival. She is also the Executive Producer on the upcoming short film “Family Portraits.”
Amanda brings extensive knowledge to projects through her work outside of film, in which she practices as a lawyer in the area of charity and non-profit law, with a particular focus on religious organizations and groups advocating against hate.

Findlay Ironside
Writer, Director, Producer
Findlay Ironside (she/her) is a Toronto based screenwriter and filmmaker whose work centres on slice-of-life narratives and horror films that tend to be dark in nature, but balanced by hopeful undertones.
She enjoys dissecting difficult and emotional subject matter, and exploring tenuous family relationships in her writing. The script for her upcoming film, “Family Portraits,” has received over a dozen laurels, and most notably won the Raindance Film Festival script contest at the Oscar / BAFTA qualifying festival in 2024. Her most recent short film, “First Rites,” had its world premiere in July of 2025 at the critically acclaimed Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal before screening at Blood in the Snow and Toronto Short Film Festival.
Findlay is currently in post-production on a body-horror short entitled "Something Borrowed" with the same team from "First Rites." She is also actively developing a dramatic-thriller set to go into production later in 2026.
